The problem we started with
The supplement aisle runs on trust that nobody can verify. A label says 25 grams of protein; a proprietary blend hides how much of anything is actually in the tub; and counterfeits of the best-selling products are common enough that buying outside an authorised seller is a genuine gamble with something you swallow every day.
Scoops Monster was built around the opposite assumption: that the claim on the label should be checkable by the person holding the pack, not just by the company that printed it.
Every pack carries its own code
Each unit we produce gets a unique serial number and QR code tied to its production batch. Scan it or type the serial in and you see the batch number, flavour, size, manufacture date, and expiry — pulled from our production records, not from the packaging.
The system also watches itself. If a single code is checked from many places in a short window — the signature of a copied label being printed onto counterfeit stock — it is flagged automatically and reviewed, and it stops verifying once it passes its scan limit.
What we won't do
- Proprietary blends. If it's in the tub, the dose is on the label.
- Fairy-dusted actives — ingredients added at a token amount so they can appear in the list.
- Flavour systems that need a full scoop of filler to work.
- Selling through channels we can't trace, which is what makes counterfeits possible in the first place.
