Customs and import duties
Prices at checkout cover the goods and delivery only. Any import duty, customs charge, or local tax levied when the parcel enters your country is charged by your customs authority and is your responsibility. We cannot calculate these in advance or refund them.
We declare every parcel accurately. Requests to under-declare value are refused.

The times above are estimates from the carrier, counted in business days from dispatch — not from when you place the order — and they exclude time held in customs. A parcel stuck at the border is not lost; it is waiting on the importing country.
