By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this contract.

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including the full dose of each active ingredient. Packaging, flavour, and formulation can change between batches; the label on the pack you receive is authoritative. Product photography is representative.

Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

All prices are shown in US dollars and, unless stated otherwise on the product page, exclude delivery. Delivery is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless your order confirmation states otherwise. You are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes levied on delivery into your country; these are not collected by us and are not included in the price you pay here.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. Your order is confirmed only once Stripe reports the payment as successful — a redirect back to this site is not by itself a confirmation.

If a product is listed at a manifestly incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude customs delays. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See the shipping page for current destinations and rates.

You are responsible for giving a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot recover a parcel sent to an address you entered incorrectly.

Our returns terms are set out in full on the Returns Policy page and form part of these terms. Nothing there affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not as ordered.

Every pack carries a unique code you can check on this site. The verification result reflects our production records at the time of the check. We stand behind products bought from us or an authorised seller.

We give no warranty for products bought elsewhere. If a code fails verification, tell us where it was purchased — we will help, and we pursue counterfeiters.

Attempting to enumerate, script, copy, or otherwise abuse the verification system is a breach of these terms, and access may be blocked.

Our products are dietary supplements, not medicines. They are intended to complement a balanced diet, not replace one. Read the label before use, do not exceed the stated dose, and keep out of reach of children.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its administration area, or its APIs.
• Do not scrape, script, or automate requests against the verification endpoints.
• Do not reproduce our branding, product photography, or copy without written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, and the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order, and we keep the date at the top of this page current.
